The Woman’s Club of Sanford has an occupancy capacity of 160 people. The nostalgic interior with beautiful hardwood floors, open balcony and raised stage create the perfect atmosphere for any event. The building is equipped with 3 central heat/air systems as well as ceiling fans. The kitchen is equipped with a range, refrigerator, sink and counter top with additional prep space.

Rental Rates

By the hour Monday-Thursday: $60 an hour plus tax (minimum 3 hours) **No Police Officer required during weekday events provided no alcohol is served.

By the hour Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Holidays: $125 an hour plus tax including set up and break down (minimum 3 hours) **Plus $190 for an Off-Duty Police Officer

All Day Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Holidays: $800 a day plus tax (Hours 7am till 12:00am) **Plus $190 for an Off-Duty Police Officer

Damage Deposit & Cleaning Fees: For all rental events $200 damage deposit which includes a Non-Refundable $100 cleaning fee.

To Reserve: A deposit of 50% of the rent amount to be applied to your total due.

Early Setup: $700.00 plus tax the night before if available.
